Focus: Speed Loss Management Component

A speed loss is anytime a machine is running under/over its design rate. Speed loss management is the method in which to manage the losses associated with speed, what the action items are to eliminate them, and the strategy to sustain the gains. There are normally three buckets that speed loss management is divided into: Clean, Inspect, and Lube; Defect Elimination; Redesign.
